All shipping fees are in Canadian dollars.Some exceptions apply on delivery.

Packages are shipped through Canada Post.

Shipping Policy

1. Newex Protection reserves the right to change shipping fees at any time and without notice.

2. Ordered products will be shipped as fast as possible once the order is processed. Processing and delivery times may vary depending on delivery address and product availability. Estimated delivery dates are calculated from the moment the products leave the Newex Protection warehouse.

3. Once the products are in transit at the shipping company, Newex Protection releases all ownership rights to the buyer.

4. The delivery of products is subject to the rules and regulations of the shipping company and of the person who signs the acknowledgement of receipt for the product. If you are absent at the time of delivery, you will be responsible for following-up and picking up the products, as per the rules and regulations of the shipping company.

5. Unfortunately, we do not ship to Nunavut, Northwest Territories and Yukon. Also, we do not ship outside of Canada at this time.

Sales Taxes

Sales taxes vary depending on the location the order is shipped to. For example, if the order is shipped to British Columbia, but the billing address is located in Québec, the British Columbia sales taxes apply and will be added to your bill. The applicable provincial sales taxes will be added to all orders.
